We believe that robust democratic spaces are built from the ground up when communities are equipped with knowledge, given a voice through effective public participation forums/opportunities, and supported to hold all duty bearers accountable including the national, County Governments, institutions and organizations that serve them.
Our interventions in this area is focused on civic education and awareness, ensuring that all citizens including the most marginalized groups understand their rights, responsibilities, and the avenues through which they can participate in governance processes as enshrined in the constitution of Kenya.
We demystify complex policies, review and unpack county budgets, and development plans, translating them into use friendly actionable information that community members can use to advocate for time, quality services and inclusive development.
